Is there a free trial?
Yes, there is a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime, and the pricing section above sets out exactly what each plan costs.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
No. There is no commission on bookings. You pay one monthly price, and your takings stay yours.
Are there any extra charges?
Only text messages. 20 a month are included free, then they cost 7p each. Every other feature is included in the monthly price.
Freelancers and host businesses
How does linking to a host business work?
A freelancer links to the business they work from. They keep their own diary and clients, and the host business can see only what you agree to share. Either side can unlink at any time.
What happens to my clients if I leave a business?
Your client list leaves when you do. Your clients are yours, not the host business's.
Does it cost extra to link up?
No. Linking to a host business is included on the Freelancer plan, and businesses can invite freelancers to link up for free.
Payments and reminders
Which payment providers can I use?
Stripe, Square or SumUp. Connect the one you already use and take payments and deposits online through Glas. Prefer to handle payment yourself? You can take it outside Glas instead. It's your choice.
Can Glas send reminders for me?
Yes. You can send your own reminders, and they run automatically once they are set up.
Where do clients book?
On your own mini site, which you set up with Glas. Clients pick a service and a time and book there. You also get a booking link you can put anywhere: Instagram, your website, a text message.
